The north side of the DHS Spa sign in disrepair with an improperly displayed heavily damaged American flag. Looks like something run by a slumlord, doesn't it?
A water leak in front of Miracle Springs Resort. I reported this to the resort and to Mission Springs Water District. The water district told me it was the resort's property and responsibility. I never heard back from the resort.
