Handheld Video Of Aurora Australis At The South Pole

It's autumn in Antarctica now. Even so, a few intrepid scientists ventured outside to view the southern lights. The photographer used a Canon 6D, shutter speed of 1/30, and ISO 25,600. You'll hear them observe that the temperature is -88°. They're scientists, so I'm guessing that's Celsius, which is -126°F. OTOH, they're American scientists, so maybe it's Fahrenheit, which is a balmy -67°C.
