Arrested For Sexual Assault

INCIDENT: Sexual Assault
DATE OF INCIDENT: 02-05-11 DAY: SATURAY / TIME: 2200 HRS. (10:00pm)
LOCATION: 13600 Block of Mesquite
SUSPECT: Jonathan Edward Sledge WMA 22
DESCRIPTION OF INCIDENT:
On Friday, February 18, 2011, Officer Sandoval of the Desert Hot Springs Police Department was notified of a sexual assault that had occurred approximately 2 weeks ago. The victim, a female juvenile, had reported she had been sexually assaulted by the suspect Jonathan Sledge. With the assistance from Detectives, Sledge was located and arrested. He was later transported to the RSO jail in Banning.
