Current Status of Brisas De Paz
Brisas De Paz is the affordable housing project proposed by the CVHC at Flora and West. Last week the city council stood by its prevailing wage policy which CVHC said would spell near certain doom for the project. Here's the October 11 letter from CVHC to the City stating that CVHC has found additional funding and will proceed with the construction of Brisas De Paz, paying prevailing wages.
