Ce qui la baise?

Beginning today, every motor vehicle in France must have a breathalyser in it. More info here and translation here.

Here it is explained to the French driver that 1 + 1 = 2.

There doesn't seem to be any requirement to USE the breathalyser. I guess they expect that having the breathalyser in the car is going to make drunk French drivers behave more responsibly than drunk French drivers without a breathalyser. Bicycles and mopeds are exempt from the requirement, so expect to see more drunk cyclists and moped drivers.
