Crime Free Housing Class Rescheduled

EVENT: Crime Free Multi-Housing (CFMH) Phase I Class
LOCATION: Tedesco Park 12800 West Arroyo Drive, Desert Hot Springs, CA. 92240

The February 16, 2012 Crime Free Class has been rescheduled to April, 19, 2012.

To reserve space in this class please download an application from our city website www.cityofdhs.org, or pick one up at the Police Department lobby located at 65950 Pierson Blvd., Desert Hot Springs, CA. 92240.

The Desert Hot Springs Police Department is proud to offer a Crime Free Housing Program. Phase One is part of a three phased program. This free eight hour classroom training is for owners, managers, leasing agents, security supervisors, and maintenance supervisors of apartments or other housing rental units. The class will include information on rental agreements and applications; tenant screening; evictions; liability; gangs; drugs; Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED).
