This Is One Of The Reasons Why The Burning Man Ticket Price Is Forgettable
Among many other reasons. I never heard anyone at Burning Man complain about the ticket price.
BTW, these are not random Burners grabbed off the playa. They have done some training and practice.
During the descent there are a few times when you can make out our camp.

How did you know somebody was taking that picture and that it was time for you to wave. I find that really hard to believe. Were you really waving when they took that picture? How could you know? You also covered the spot with red so I can't see you which makes me wonder even more. If you were really waving why would you try and hide it by blocking it out in red?
