A Minnesota man came across a combine near McIntire, Iowa, and took it for a joyride at 2:30 AM Sunday. He caused damage to "numerous vehicles and a garage" rendering he combine a total loss. A witness described the would-be harvester as unable to speak, "like he was a zombie."

BTW, this story comes from the Des Moines Register which used to be a great newspaper. I had not known they'd been bought up by Gannett until I recognized the format of their article. A loss to American journalism.
