Sirius - XM Deal Approved By Justice

The merger of Sirius and XM satellite radio systems has been approved by the Department of Justice. Approval by the FCC is still pending. Here's an interesting bit from the linked article: "The companies filed documents with the FCC showing support from groups such as the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People." Does the NAACP have some special interest in satellite radio?
