CVMVCD Board Violated Brown Act

According to Terry Francke of Californians Aware, placing public comments at the end of the CVMVCD Board meeting last night was a violation of the Brown Act. "'The rule is that people must be given the opportunity to comment on a matter that is on the agenda prior to or during the board’s action on that item,' he said."
