Fapomatic
I just happened across Fapomatic which (I guess) will host any image for some unspecified length of time. No registration required. It seems to pay for itself with advertising, donations and [NSFW] DVD sales.
Here's my test image. We'll see how long it stays up.

Hello Ron,
I actually help run fapomatic, I came across your site when looking for "fapomatic" on google :o) just to clarify we dont actually delete images yet *unless they are of a dodgy nature* however at some point in the future we may require to clear things down a little, however the only images we would clear down are ones uploaded without an account, so to safe guard your images Id recommend creating a free account.
Thats if you still use our service as I see this image has been on our server for almost 2 years :)
